Crazy he fell so far in the draft likely just cause of his transferring out of Penn St to Old Dominion with low level of competition. Might be seen as an insane steal in a few years cause at 6'8 as athletic as he is with over a 40 inch vertical he's gonna be hard to stop as he develops & he already has solid hands to go with that size/athleticism combo. Am a Bills fan & nice to get Kincaid tho could've used that 1st to address more pressing needs, while my hope was stealing Kuntz in the mid rds.
Excellent pick as a someone who has lived in Utah his whole life and seen the Success and futility of Both Utah and BYU and the talent that has come through both schools Dalton Kincaid is easily a top tier player and one of the best Tight Ends to come out of either school. Allen definitely has a beast for a target now i wish nothing but the best for Kincaid the sky is the limit and beyond

I truly believe this pick checks all the boxes for owning the middle of the field if used properly. I think he was the best pick given where he was drafted at. It's hard for certain players to get credit or noticed outta highschool & offers from universities, & even harder to get any time on the field even when they're better than the players getting reps in front of them. There's incentives from Vanguard & Blackrock for universities to play favorites based on certain critera, & very few schools/coaches who don't completely submit & adhere to this.
Man, I REALLY DON'T LIKE when anyone gets injured, but I have to imagine if Kincaid wasn't resting and rehabing his back from injury, he more than likely would have participated in the Combine. With his likely performance there, he would have more scouts looking at his tape. At that point he probably would be picked much earlier and out of The Bills draft range with their 27th pick. Obviously he could not participate and the "run" on First Round WR's, with 4 consecutive selections in the early 20's, made Dalton an obvious choice for a team looking for an Offensive Weapon in the First Round #Destiny #BillsDynastyBeginsin2023

Now there's a head scratcher of a program the San Diego State Aztecs i never understood why they weren't a consistent top 25 program given the Location and talent in California alone. They have had great talent there like Darnay Scott and some Marshall Faulk guy. I seen Faulk run for 299 and 5 tds at BYU and still don't know why more talent like Faulk played at SDSU or why no big time college coach took the AZTEC job
