Searching for rare Australian $1 coins (Spoiler we got one!!) Coin collecting and coin noodling.
Always check your change, certain coins are worth lots of money to collectors, this depends on the mintage, condition, and if the coin has errors.

The front of coins is the obverse, which is the monarch's head side. The back of coins is the reverse, which is the picture side.
6.5 million is not rare. It isn't even scarce. 1 million would be difficult to find in circulation but also not scarce. Half a million is scarce. 20,000 would be rare for circulation issue coins.

Appreciate the advice, I was just going off the coin collecting and detecting TH-cam channel who says under 10 million would be classed as rare. But your analogy sounds good too. Cheers for reaching out.
