I have been given a ball and a "go play outside" since I was 3 years old. I haven't felt me for more than 10 years, and I never felt home. Because home, by definition, is a place where you are loved and appriciated for who you are. The first time I have ever felt home was listening to long live, and I've drawn inspiration from taylor ever since. In the last year, my friend circle changed entirely, and I've found people to relate to. I am happy now. But my friends don't always understand me, since most of them are boys and I have never been really a manly boy. So, I don't know if you'll read this, but just so you know, your videos helped me a lot. I am starting to cry as I am writing this, but I wanted to tell you that you always talk about being inspired by actors and singers. Well, let me tell you, I'm inspired by you. Singers(especially taylor) and actors can be role models, but you are a living proof I can be me. Sorry for the essay I wrote😅 I promise that in real life I'm fun most of the time

Amazing movie with some of the best legit dance scenes ever shown on film. It's supposed to be like early college age, so totally fits in the category. Loving these lists, it brings me back in the best way.

But this was her first acting job as she dancing with the San Francisco Ballet at the time of casting. In fact, the acting in this film is a little... suspect at times (courtesy of casting dancers over actors for lead roles), but the trade-off is that it blows most teen dance movies out of the water. At least in terms of the dancing. There's even a Center Stage cinematic universe. 🤣

I took an English college class where we focused on alter egos, so we watched the movie called Tully (highly recommend, especially for mothers) which was written by Diablo Cody. After we finished it, the professor asked if we could name any other Diable Cody movies and I immediately said Jennifer's Body, to which he replied, " Oh, I didn't expect anyone to mention that one." And I was like...but it's a masterpiece? I'm so glad it's finally getting recognized. I think it is Megan Fox's best role.

Okay Ally, this is a God Tier video and I have SO MANY THOUGHTS. First of all- Ice Princess. My high school friends and I would regularly scream, "I'm not giving up my dream, Mom. I'M GIVING UP YOURS!" at each other in the halls because that's the kind of kids we were. We were either yelling that or, "Not me! Not Hermione! YOU." Iconic all around. Second of all- Ella Enchanted. While I agree with your take, when I was in middle school I met the author of the book and she was so nice and such a sweet old lady and she talked about how much she hated that movie (it's nothing like the book), and that definitely ruined it for me a little bit. She hasn't sold the rights to any of her other books because the experience was so negative! Third of all- House Bunny. An incredible film. Hilarious. Saw it in middle school and somehow still decided to join a sorority in college??? To answer your question, it totally depends on the university and what the culture was like. I went to a very nerdy school and was in a very nerdy sorority, but some schools are more like that- although of course, it's a movie so everything is super over exaggerated. Happy to answer any questions you have about the intricate world of American sorority life though, it's really a ridiculous thing I devoted four years of my life to!

I was limited to what I was allowed to watch as a kid (my brothers took over the one tv we had 100% of the time) so I just heard of most of these/watched very few of them. The House Bunny was the only one I have on DVD and weirdly enough, my mom bought it for me as a teenager. I am 26 and still obsessed with that movie. ❤❤

I took an English college class where we focused on alter egos, so we watched the movie called Tully (highly recommend, especially for mothers) which was written by Diablo Cody. After we finished it, the professor asked if we could name any other Diable Cody movies and I immediately said Jennifer's Body, to which he replied, " Oh, I didn't expect anyone to mention that one." And I was like...but it's a masterpiece? I'm so glad it's finally getting recognized. I think it is Megan Fox's best role.
Taking 5 is definitely a cereal box movie! I won't lie the main song I love to this day! It is too catchy!

Okay Ally, this is a God Tier video and I have SO MANY THOUGHTS.
First of all- Ice Princess. My high school friends and I would regularly scream, "I'm not giving up my dream, Mom. I'M GIVING UP YOURS!" at each other in the halls because that's the kind of kids we were. We were either yelling that or, "Not me! Not Hermione! YOU." Iconic all around.
Second of all- Ella Enchanted. While I agree with your take, when I was in middle school I met the author of the book and she was so nice and such a sweet old lady and she talked about how much she hated that movie (it's nothing like the book), and that definitely ruined it for me a little bit. She hasn't sold the rights to any of her other books because the experience was so negative!
Third of all- House Bunny. An incredible film. Hilarious. Saw it in middle school and somehow still decided to join a sorority in college??? To answer your question, it totally depends on the university and what the culture was like. I went to a very nerdy school and was in a very nerdy sorority, but some schools are more like that- although of course, it's a movie so everything is super over exaggerated. Happy to answer any questions you have about the intricate world of American sorority life though, it's really a ridiculous thing I devoted four years of my life to!

@@AllySheehan she has lots of amazing books honestly! I highly recommend. My sorority was called Alpha Chi Omega, but it totally depends more on the school than the specific sorority. My chapter may have been known for getting the best grades....

I was limited to what I was allowed to watch as a kid (my brothers took over the one tv we had 100% of the time) so I just heard of most of these/watched very few of them. The House Bunny was the only one I have on DVD and weirdly enough, my mom bought it for me as a teenager. I am 26 and still obsessed with that movie. ❤❤
