it's the codes for the ECC circuit, best bet is to bring it to a shop and see if maybe it needs coolant in the ac system. If you're also looking to get to the obd codes, you have to push the outside temp button and change to 01 with the lo or hi button, then again push the outside temp button.
Happened to me. Leave it alone or disconnect the battery for a little bit it will go back to normal. Mine was stuck on 32 degrees. Im glad never had this problem in the winter. But this summer i wish it would do it again.
My Electronic Climate Control is stuck on the "Economy" setting. When I touch "Auto" it changes for a second, then jumps right back to Economy. Could you advise me on what may be the problem?, Thank You, Dennis.
No, they are diagnostic codes. The temp is shown in the normal setting, this is in diagnostic mode. The codes are no longer popping up after it went through an auto shop to have it safetied and e-tested. It now gives code 32, which I'm not sure off hand what it means.
I am having the same problem with my 1991., The "Economy" switch stays engaged and will not switch to "Auto", Did you have any luck in finding the cause of your problem?, Please advise.
I see that the digital dash does not light up the mileage .I am having the same problem with my 1991. All of the others light up, Does anyone know how this problem can be repaired without costing a fortune? Please advise with any info, Thank You.
Hey I was wondering if you can tell us what some of those ones you can go into a change stuff on them do, I know how to read the two types of codes and everything and motor temp and voltage, but can you really change anything in there like how the car operates?
Kaladar Williamson Honestly, I don't know. I highly doubt you can do anything in there that would make the engine run any better. They wouldn't be so nice as to do that. :D However.. I guess anything is possible.
Hi, I have the same car and the fuel gauge is always in the middle, do you think I have to change the cluster (digital) or will the problem be with the fuel pump? (I just bought it, according to the previous owners put a new pump) HELP!! Please
@@maistrote7539 Well, I would check it to make sure it isn't just stuck or placed back in wrong, or something of that nature. Check the wiring and such. Be careful, and check the easy stuff first.
I have this same issue with my 91 Brougham. I just replaced the instrument cluster because it stoped working altogether no lights no nothing. Its workin now that i replace it but the gague says the fuel is full and i know its not completely full. Really dnt know what the issue is hopefully its just the fuel level sending unit
I have the 148 and 32 codes .....and the A/C clutch not enguage...I try hard to make it run and change the climate control and it's never work...so I make external connection for the clutch with saparate switch......I have the repair manual for these models :) the codes are the # that flash when you press "WARM &OFF" all together
Would it have killed you to explain the functions?

That would be the float, not the pump, though both are located in the gas tank.
@@WeedPatch71 ok, I'm going to change it I hope this works, thank you very much

These are for the ECC system, not the ECM. Meaning they are not the normal trouble codes.
