I love it!😻 I'm working on an island with the same color scheme. It seems like a super popular color pallet lately. I didn't realize until after I started but it's too pretty not to do it IMO. Mostly white & green with different brown tones. Simple, natural, realistic...gorgeous!🌼

You need HHP for some of these items (such as the accent wall, building extra walls like in the resident rep's house, pillars, etc.) but for the majority of the island you don't need the DLC. Just a lot of bells, custom designs, and patience. 😅 I would still recommend the DLC though.
