It is very true that the Northern and Scottish Mudlarks both make beautiful jewelry but you shouldn't sell yourselves short. Your crafts are imaginative, creative, whimsical and lovely. You put a lot of hard work into your videos and your crafts to sell them, not to make money for yourselves, but to share your finds with your viewers to appreciate. I think your jewelry is beautiful - some things are more perfect if they are imperfect - like people are.
Wow! Once again Robin we are very touched by your words, and your continued support of us and our channel! That is such a kind thing for you to say, comments like this really make our day. We are glad you enjoy watching, and your are 100% right about imperfection ❤️😊

Thank you so much! We really do love nature and being surrounded by it, it’s one of the reasons we enjoy Mudlarking so much! That is very kind of you to say, I will be making some more face jewellery in the future, but I think I’ll leave the eyebrows off next time, haha 😂

Oh my goodness, this video was so perfect for me to watch👍❣ Oh Mama, I know the struggle with poor eyesight. I have battled glaucoma for 20 + years. I still try to make things once again, but I can only watch and you 2 women are my fix👍❣ We have different looking robins. Yours is so tiny and sweet looking🐦You are my ASMR and sometimes my sanity .😍 I am old and haven't been able to get out of my home for 5 years, and been a happy subscriber for years. Ohh take care of your sweet little robin it may stay with you in your garden all winter if you make sure to feed it and putcwater where it can get to it....you say your not jewelry makers but you are !!!and have great creativity looks very nice...i think when you get a chance you should make more hagstone earrings and differant pieces of jewelry with it...great job on all of it.

We feed the birds in the garden regularly, and we have a water feeder with marbles in to stop it from freezing over, hopefully the little fella stays throughout the winter ❤️ That is very kind to say, I’m going to be keeping a beady eye out for more tiny hag stones to make some more jewellery in the future 😊
In all honesty, we weren’t aware that Robin looked different elsewhere, but we’ve since googled it, and wow American Robins are different! Very beautiful and striking though! We’d love to see one, one day 😊

Lovely to have the robin in your garden. He seems so friendly. You made some nice jewelry and very imaginative in design. Good to see sunny cat was helping again. Thank you
Such clever idea adding a seed bead to some of the necklaces. I would not have thought of that. I like your pieces very much, but bet I'm too late for purchase.
Thank you! We have just found so many, we thought that we would like for some other people to have some, they are so beautiful ❤️ We plan on making some more jewellery soon
Repurposing the things you find have been great and creative. You ladies must be doing something right because all your crafts in your Etsy shop are flying off the shelf. I enjoy watching your craft videos.
You are welcome from one of your many fans and a buyer from your Etsy shop. Keep up with the great videos and with the special approaches from Oscar & Sunny cat.
Ah Sunny Cat doing what all cats do best: being a better door than a window. Thank you guys for your videos- I use them to treat myself during Finals, helps keep the stress down!
Your robins in UK are so adorable! Just like in the Beatrix Potter books. You are now professional jewelry artists:) Love the projects, and always great to see Sunny Cat!
Wonderful gifts for any occasion, found items, each one constructed and blessed with happy memories of two lovely mudlarking ladies. What's not to Love? Sunny was gently, but adamantly sharing his own morning's work of beautifully well groomed footsies (from every angle) teehee! Little Robin seemed to be more impressed by your crafting skills as she munched on the tasty morsels you gifted her, than she was of four well groomed legs, paws and claws of a cat (particularly the claw bits). : )
Thank you! What lovely things to say, Sunny’s “toe beans” do look particularly adorable in this video, haha I think Sunny is probably more afraid of the Robin, than the Robin is of him, he’s a bit of a wuss 😅
Lovely jewellery you made from your little treasures really pretty, l always get robin's appearing sometimes in the most unexpected places, they are a very special bird and wonderful to see, of course the silky sunny had to make an appearance ❤ take care and see you Sunday xx
Hello ladies, Love your little robin and your jewelry making efforts! I have a little suggestion.... looking at the new gold finding that you set the button in. I noticed that the button and the top edge/lip of the finding weren’t level? What I’m suggesting is that you find something tiny to insert behind the button to raise the face of the button to be even with the profile of the finding. Or you could even let it stick up a fraction if you like? Just make sure it’s securely glued in. Something to think about. Have a lovely and safe holiday season!
Hello! We did put milliput behind the button, but it may still have been a little off, thank you for your suggestions, we are still new to jewellery making, but we really enjoy doing it 😊
Lovely work ladies!! You certainly are good at making jewellery!! Well done! And your robins are different than ours on Canada. Such a sweet little fellow💕 Stay safe! 🇨🇦😷🇬🇧

Dear Kate and Fleur, I love your crafting Videos. Thank you for sharing the wonderful items. Well done. Jette Ps: Karly is watching Sunny its so sweet.🥰😂
Hi, I realy enoy your videos, Mother and daughter fun!!!!! I'm no expert so my imput is an opinion! When you put jump rings onto the stones, they could easily bend out and they'd be lost. Try using wire, look at the jewellwery channel they often show you how to twist the wire and then a loop for the ear wire.
Hello! Thank you, for some of the pieces we used a little adhesive to keep the jump rings together, but perhaps we should try wire in the future, we are still learning the craft of jewellery making 😊
Oh! also you can get color you can mix into the resin to give yourselves a base color to work with, theres mica powders, alcohol inks, and acrylics as well as some other colorants!
I adore them all. Whoever gets one as a present will be excited! I still treasure my frozen Charlotte earrings. Love you guys! (I am so sorry I have yet to review my earrings on Etsy, i have to figure out how to log back in and have been a bit lazy!)

I asked the Northern ladies but they have so many comments , so I'll ask you as well why don't you pick up the mother of pearl little round pieces off the beach as well as the sea glass ? Mother of pearl ,shell, beads are beautiful and expensive , when polished they look like south sea pearl here they are very costly.
@@patriciaglove8201 They have shown the mother of pearl buttons that have been found "shattering' into two identical layers, the sea has an odd effect on mother of pearl! 😊
Your little garden looks lovely and a peaceful place to work while being entertained by the robin and Sunny cat. We think Sunny was hinting at having a necklace made, do you think? Sue and Ian, Australia
Hello Ladies, I do not often comment, but I watch your channel every week I have to say I do like you jewelry work. Kate could I suggest you keep the Hag Stone earring and pendant as a set? I think you could ask for a better price for the set. You put the as a set or sold separately it's up to you😊
Hello! Thank you for commenting and for watching every week! 😊 I’m going to be keeping a beady eye out for more tiny hag stones, and a set is a wonderful idea!
The Englishmen who settled North America had a habit of naming the animals they saw after similar species from Britain, so they called a common thrush the 'robin.' It's really a different species, with rust red covering the whole breast. But then they weren't biologists - the word biologist didn't even exist yet. But we do have our 'robin red breast,' although very few Americans have any idea there's a different species named robin in Britain.
Little bracelet is very pretty but will the chain be strong enough to hold the charms? Only asking because I have a couple of charm bracelets and they are much thicker chains. Great video.
Hello! The charms are very light, so we believe that it will be strong enough to hold, we are however planning on making some “Mudlarking charm” bracelets that will be on thicker chains, as those charms will be a little heavier, and bigger, thank you for your comment though, as we are beginners in jewellery making 😊
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers I think you are doing brilliant with all your crafting. Really enjoy all the video's, lovely to watch your little family and how well you all get on.

Hello ladies,
Love your little robin and your jewelry making efforts! I have a little suggestion.... looking at the new gold finding that you set the button in.
12:45 I was just asking myself how you were getting away with doing all of this without Sunny Cat! 😁
Haha! Definitely!
He’d been asleep for most of it, but of course as soon as he woke up, he immediately found us 😂 but we don’t mind ❤️
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers I adore Sunny. Just moved into a new house and evidently it comes with a kitty. 🥰
Yes baby's hardly have 'eye brow's'...but cute cubby pink 'cheeks' are a must ... : )
Oh you guys are wonderful!! Kate did you make your scarf? The color is nice!!!
Aw! Thank you! Mum actually knitted it for me for Christmas, she’s very good, I did pick the colour though 😊
Yay, I bought a cracker, guess what I’m making Christmas Day! 🎉🥳
Yay, we would love to see it made! We have a few images of some dolls people have made before that we will putting up on a doll video coming up :)

Hello! Unfortunately we aren’t able to take custom orders at the moment, but I’ll most likely be making some more doll face pendants in the future, and I’ll leave off the eyebrows next time 😊
