Hi, we don't have CI-CD pipeline on a website, our systems is windows based running on desktops. After the build, what do we do, just grab the artifacts and install on machines manually? We don't even need the App Service and the resource groups, so how do we do this if the application is not a web app but a windows form?

There is no need to learn Azure services to start off with Azure DevOps. But Azure DevOps is a service under Azure which provides CI/CD tools to create a DevOps pipeline. Knowing how Azure works and learning few Azure services like Azure App Service will surely help.
Build Pipeline Tasks which is the main part of devops, were not clear at all what he was doing. he was so quick and lacking proper explanation of all build steps. I watched this video as a whole still not explained properly all the release pipeline tasks and pre-deployment conditions. Please review the demo video and updated as per feedback. I was thinking to take this course on paid version but not now as I have seen the build & release pipeline demo quality from this tutor
