The fact my class is doing Newsies is so funny seeing as how the girl singing, “Watch what happens” in our production actually has it pinned down so extremely well

taught myself watch what happens and nailed it down completely, was cast as ensemble bc my director only lets you get one lead per year. needless to say i was super sad.
Omg I got a superior and top 10% with that newsies song and I’m so proud of myself for pushing through that end!!! The girl who sang it in the video did it so beautiful!!!!!
0:59 I kinda think a lot of songs from ride the cyclone are also hard, becuase of the notes you have to hold. Ex: Noels Lament, Fall Fair Suite

i'll also say-though it's obvious-if you're doing a one-off, the song of Phantom of the Opera is difficult for Christine, you need to warm up a LOT

I love these sm i have never been in a real production unfortunatly i want to so bad but i think a chicken nugget has more talent to dance then that i do i love acting and singing also i have a pretty busy live and stuff so i just dont have Time and i very scared that i have to study so much lines. But i love theater and i hope that i will be in some kind of production aleast once
Idk about y'all, but our directors ALWAYS choose musicals with furries as main characters and they always get bullied. I really hope next year we do something like Frozen or literally anything. This year we did Madagascar. And the whole show was a mess. The people in charge of starting stage crew stuff f*coed our schedule so we had an about a month to do and learn and create a 1 hr and 30 min musical. And DURING TECH WEEK three of the back drops went missing. But overall we all did our 6 shows and everything was fine.
Watch What Happens was my audition song for Matilda this year and I got in!!
