I'm not making tutorials on setting up, I'm only showing the coding part. Depending on which system you use, you need to do different things to set up the library. But if you're on a Unix-like system trying to just compile the bot on the template without installing any dependencies this won't work. There should be a list of dependencies in README.md so you can install them. There are also installation guides for different systems in the documentation, just follow them!
As I've stated above, I don't use vcpkg. I use WSL Ubuntu for when I actually develop (rare) or Microsoft Visual C++ for the tutorials which is probably the most sane thing to do. To use it is the first thing you'll be told in the server when you mention that you're on binbows.

You're really better off joining the Discord. I don't use vcpkg and from what I've heard it's a huge pain in the rear end.
