This is the 2007 update version of celebrate the season with Bill Farmer as Goofy doing the Russian dance replacing the three country bears in the original 2002 version.
Especially because in 2002 there's was a classic christmas song sequence that was sorta similar to the christmas caroling sequence after the Nutcracker one that actually appeared before santa on Parade.
