I would have to agree on updating the resume . I made mine shorter and concise and began getting hits. Also, a lot of online apps have over 100-200 applicants, sure is tough out there for most! I’m sure my bilingual abilities helped me land mine as a new grad. Awesome video !

Unfortunately, all markets are saturated right now, with some areas NPs are working as RNs because there are zero jobs. Most are waiting 18-24 months for work right now if they find work at all.
