Stay strong. You Will get through this. I’ve been sober for about 4 years now from a 1.75 a day to not a drop. Many people will tell you that they know how you feel just to make you feel better but I actually do. Lucky when it was late and I’m alone I could always reach out to my dad for help. He’s gone now but his memory is my motivation to stay strong and stay sober. When you are at your darkest you find out who your family really is. We all have at least one person we can count on rather we know it or not. I hope this helps. Stay strong and you’ll be ok eventually. It has to get worse before it gets better. Just need to ride it out. Again I hope this helps even just a little.

Love this song. I had a trauma happen when i was 12 and i blamed myself. I was living reckless for many years. Even after i had my oldest i didnt "calm down" when my oldest turned 4 i woke up one day and said enough is enough. This song touched my heart

For me a night like that cost me a week of recovery. Can’t do that with a job. Can’t do that shit if you got kids.
