Yes and no, the game starts out with a blue sky and a very clear white color source that dominates the level. By the end of the video game it's faded and dirty. It looks rotten and dead because it is, the world has become irradiated and barren because of war. It's no wonder the game ends slowly fading out as you see the barren earth and red sky. It's very artistic And honestly, I miss the "brown era" of video games, I'm tired of every color pallete being pink and blue. We need to go back.
@@angelojaeger This is one of those "started to have a point but then kept talking" kind of posts. Howsabout finding some bizarre inbetween of pastel and colonoscopy? Strange as it sounds, it is possible. The concept may be artistic but the actuality nearly takes the video out of the game. So much so that the boosters are effectively strobing my eyes.

I don't know if I would say he's not that good. His arm weapons between rifle and laser both fire fast and do good steady damage. Wasn't unusual to see people online using them. He could probably beat ranks 2, 3, 4, and 5 on normal sized maps. I give rank 1 edge because there gun load out is pretty similar with constant steady damage with rank 1 BFF rifle being more consistent than laser. Plus 4 grenade launchers are crazy good.
Imagine this in real life, you'd be thrown so hard into the side of the cockpit every thrust you'd never be able to actually pilot a mech in real life.
@Narumi Detective Agency Still. The raw inertia wreaking havoc on a person's internals would essentially stun any pilot for a moment after each boost. The cockpit would need some sort of momentum-dispersal system so the pilot doesn't get whiplash or embolisms.
This is why I used to roleplay as a GA Normal on some play throughs. Not even quick boosting, but just try take the enemy out from range and using superior firepower even if it costs me more money in the end lmao
@@Soluswithyou iirc all NEXTs have this sort of system (but the one in that specific mech is actually permanent, unlike the other mechs where you can move in and out of the cockpit and remove the hookups to your central nervous system, the one in that experimental is hard-wired, and you cannot ever leave it, as it would kill you) but I lack the details since apparently the details came from either a strategy guide or one of the story makers. Would love to hear details though with a potential upcoming AC game.
@@Shyvorix it’s alluded too in 4Answer when you fight that heavy unit Next. Sumika (your operator) mentions why he fights like “that” (like a normal). In fact, you see a clear difference when you fight him in the arena where he isn’t story locked and he actually quickboosts more, though he’s still a fodder opponent only good for testing new designs. Big part of it relates to the AMS capability of a pilot, hence why Barbaroi was impressive as he was able to fight like a Lynx Pilot while having basic levels of AMS capabilities, though I believe it’s alluded to that he either takes a special drug and/or is slowly dying from the strain.
Using double rifles was a good idea. I could never hit ARETHA with CANOPUS, god knows I tried so many times, too. He just moves too fast for them even after his quick-boost finishes. I never even got to try blasting Testament with them, but he looks even faster than ARETHA, here. I'm impressed.
Nineball69 honestly I could probably do it with Canopus as well rifles you just can spam with Canopus you would have to wait for him to stop when he fires the Gatling then laser
@@jameston21 I don't have the game anymore, or a 360, so I'll have to take your word for it. Does it surprise you that this video still gets a bit of activity seven years after the fact?
Canopus just takes a fair amount of timing and patience. Ran a full EN weapon build using the Canopus, laser blade and hi laser canon, and if you’re not spamming, it can be done. Takes some work but still very doable
The R102 is one of the most legendary rifles in the entire series. As much as I love For Answer they really nerfed it and took away it's satisfying firing sound Secondary note, Celo is much harder then Joshua honestly, the 00 ARETHA is really not a good NEXT given how outdated it is, while TESTAMENT is a really solid NEXT given it combines an R101R and the Omer Lazer Rifle Speaking of which, I noticed you never posted Armored Core For Answer Content, do you play the game?
