sharnia murray I was nervous too initially,I almost pushed my install date back twice , but I feel like it’s a normal feeling because you are making a bigger commitment . I felt the same way honestly when I first went natural . The feeling will go away when you get in the chair lol
congrats on beginning your journey. I am starting my install in 2 weeks and am getting really excited about it. I know that I'm ready for a change in my natural hair journey (been natural 5+ years). do you have any tips or advice about missing your natural loose hair while on your journey.
Gurl you play too much😂😂😂 I was going to say is she crazy I love your sister locks. Your grid is perfect you have the length that I want from the start. I just had my install done about 2 weeks ago and I am loving my locks the only thing is I still have process in and I will get them trimmed a half an inch at a time during my re tights. But I do love your locks. Bella
Mine were established the same week! On 4/12 & 4/13. It took 30 hours. My loctician is a SL trainee but she did her thang. My hair situation is different being I have heat damage so mine weren't loc'ed all the way down. How are your locs doing now?
Craving Candy hey love I’m not sure yet . My consultant counted partially lol but only the middle row which was 250 front to back . Which was a quick estimate
I got my locks established 4/22. My hair texture & length look similar to yours. The first night my consultant braided my hair and it was crinkly and cute. The following night I just put on my bonnet. Woke up and my hair looked like a cute jerry curl! Lol. How are you keeping your hair elongated?
Tam Kens yay Tam welcome !! My hair was crinkly as well with the braids but now I just prefer sleeping with my bonnet on taking it off in the morning and shaking . Depending on how tight it looks in the morning I spray a little mist of water on the ends but not on my scalp ... shake and then go ☺️ I hope this helps !
