Hey Curlfriends! Just a little reminder that I am not a professional so I’m just sharing how I do this at home. Let me know if you trim your bangs at home too! (Edit: There is only so much I can say in 60 seconds but be cautious when pulling curls down before trimming. Let them spring back up before using your scissors. Thank you to the viewer that pointed this out!)
I would be careful pulling them down when you cut! Obviously they will bounce back up, so if you pull too much you can cut them really short. You did great though, this is just more for others watching to be careful and conscious that this can happen!
Agreed. I didn’t mention to let them spring back up before trimming. Only so much I can say in 60 seconds. I’ll add that to my pinned comment. Thanks for looking out!
I used to be a professional in the 70s and can advise NOT pull on your curls when trimming because you may find you've taken too much off once released. You did a good job, if that's where you want your bangs to fall. Your hair always looks good.
and here I am being relieved after seeing a woman having the same bald spot and that the problem is my curly hair parting awkwardly and I wasn't balding...
@@DiscoCurls o sorry. Cutting hair. You cut so much hair, that it's not trimming ends anymore. This is especially the case for curly hair with a lot of shrinkage. Or maybe your curly hair doesn't have a lot of shrinkage?😉

@@Miss-zr1rv unnecessary
@@Miss-zr1rv In all fairness, she never said she was trimming her ends, she said she was trimming her bangs, which is what she did.
