Roxy Raceway Bypass Glitch (NOT PATCHED)

This Glitch Allows You To Skip Getting The Robot Head And Kart To Defeat Roxy. Also I Didn't Show The Cutscene Because I Already Beat The Game But I Figured This Out On Another Save.
