- I finally decided that it might be a good idea to have a mobility scooter.
I bought this scooter second hand and got an awesome deal on it, I already used it to go to the store and visit a couple friends.
I've been dreading the day when I finally got one but now that I got it I'm pretty excited about it.
I'm even thinking I might be able to use it to get to and from my hunting spot this fall.

I have one exactly the same as this one in the video and I love it too. The repairman told me it was 14 years old and right now I am waiting for a part to be installed on it. I really miss it.
I just got new batteries installed on mine and it's working really good, super happy with the scooter!
I found one of these for sale last year for $1000, in amazing condition. It’s changed my life ❤
I just found one used, that's why I'm here, lol. I'm definitely gonna buy it now.

I have the same Pride scooter as well. I bought mine back in June 2021 … I believe it was. It was brand new at the time. Very pleased with it and it has served me well. Now I noticed someone commented about they discontinued this one. Apparently they have a Pursuit 2 out now. It’s very similar with just a few changes. One of the changes I noticed on one that I saw a review on was that it can now have lithium batteries, which will give you more range and longer run time, if needed. The only thing I wish that I did have was a odometer so that I can keep track of how many miles I travel or an a hour metre so I can keep track of how many hours that I use it. That might be helpful, but there are phone apps that’ll do that as well.
I wish I could keep track too, and I actually just got new batteries, too bad I couldn't wait any time before I got them but mine has served me very well too I'm super glad I got mine!

I'll be getting the pursuit soon I can't wait I have cerebral palsy and I find myself getting more tired than I used too so I'm very excited to ride this

It's very efficient, the batteries last very long, and it works really well and I've even been using it to go hunting, taking it off road (not in mud or water) but I been taking it through fields and it seems to be really capable, I'd deffinatly recommend it!

The word “dashboard” was originally used to describe the wooden board carriage makers attached to the front of carriages to prevent mud and rocks from being splashed (or “dashed”) onto drivers and their passengers by the horses that pulled them about. In essence, dashboards served as mud flaps for horses’ hooves.
Don't think they make it anymore. I have old pursuit and going to see if I can have it refurbished or what ever they call it. The new one has those batteries. I want my PRIDE andJOY.
I got new batteries for mine and it feels like it's brand new again

No it's not, if I leave it outside I protect it from rain
Water can't seep down into the wires if it has no gap to seep down so therefore it's water tight like a fishes arse🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣a fishes arse is not labelled as waterproof but it is water tight🤔🤔when you jump in the water does water go in your arse since it's not labelled as water proof...DER🤭🤭🤭🤭
It looks as if it has solid tires. I like that. I am looking at one and it has pneumatic tires, which require pressure to be checked which would be hard for me. I'd like to find one with solid tires :)

Hi I'm sorry I took so long to get back to you on this, but it does have valve stems on the tires so they do take air.

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to put larger tires on a Victory 140 xl s pride like those of the ranger. Thank you very much for your help.
I haven't changed my tires yet but I do plan on putting bigger ones on as soon as I find a bigger set

@@jlvancauwenbergh sometimes if I slightly drive off the sidewalk it gets hung-up on the edge, I wish I could find a bigger set of tires for mine!

How well does it go up hills?
Actually pretty good as long as the battery is fully charged and it goes better up hills if its in rabbit mode!
@@mr.msadventures427I intend to use it to get into town. I have a pretty steep grade it has to climb. What I have found is Pride products go only 6 percent which won’t cut it.
You might want to get something a bit lighter, I've noticed my pursuit xl is very heavy and not portable at all

I purchased the Pride Victory LX Sport which looks much like yours. Today is May 16, 2021. I have not been able to use it, drive it because it will not Move forward or backward unless you push it. I have been on the phone with Marc's Mobility a re-seller of the Pride scooters where I purchased the scooter from and Pride Mobility who is the manufacturer. No one can give me a straight answer as to why the scooter will not operate. Pride told me they were sending a technician out. The technician is supposed to be here sometime between May 17th and May 21st, 2021. It's a total cluster f__k. A waste of $2,677.30. Mad as Hell.
On mine above the right back wheel there is a lever that locks it in drive mode or freewheel mode, to me it sounds like that's what the problem is, if it was dropped off to you than its possible the delivery guys put it on freewheel mode, I hope that's what the issue is because I really like my scooter and I have a feeling you'll like yours too. Let me know in the comments if you get things sorted out

I'm not sure I bought mine second hand off the side of the road but it says on the receipt the previous owner paid roughly $3800 dollars Canadian.

It doesn't break down, that's the size of it and it isn't really portable and it weighs a lot, like a lot
