Do you know that one could be that toxic work colleague and not even know? It would be good if everyone can take out time once in a while to review how they have behaved or acted at work.. or better still, ask your colleagues to give you a sincere review of yourself. It actually helps you become a better person and it would help the world at large if everyone can.

Toxic workplace is mental derailing. Speaking up and seeking advice is key to finding a solution and if there isn't any change, one need to move forward.
