Another fun Vlogmas, Lori! I found myself feeling sad that after Christmas, I won’t be able to tune you in daily! Thanks for the joy you bring to this stitching community! 🎄❤️🎄
Great to see you Lori. It's a two-kitty day! That garden book is lovely, also those milk glass candle holders are lovely and unique. Thank you for adding to my Holiday 2024 memories with your daily Vlogmas!. Happy Stitching!
Sounds like another good day- I’m so happy to hear that. Love seeing what you’re up to, and what fun little finds you come across. See you tomorrow-have a great day!
Lori your generosity just blows me away! The advent basket you’re putting together is amazing! Wow those milk glass candlesticks you found are so unique and pretty, they would look gorgeous with a few winter greens and berries for Christmas! And I loved all the future projects you shared, especially the Santas. Cuddle up and stay warm and please give Izzy and Fi a few kisses from me. 🫶🏻🎄🫶🏻
Those milk candlestick holders are gorgeous and look in perfect condition! Great find! The advent box is turning into a treasure chest for sure! So sweet of you! Forgot to mention, I love the copper boiler you have. We have one just like it and I use it to display quilts rolled up. Thanks for your time Lori, love your Vlogmas!❤
You are just the sweetest person, I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us each day! I ordered one of the books you showed the other day, found it on sale too.
Your milk glas candle sticks are beautiful. What a find. I have a small collection of milk glass and am always on the hunt. My aunt introduced me and had a beautiful collection. Thank you as always for all of the inspiration. Now to find the time and energy at the same time! Happy creating!
That milk glass is quite a find - I’ve never seen the candle stick holders, but as you say, it’s a dual purpose find! Love the pic of the kitties at the end keeping warm together!
Oh, those two girls....if only our two were buddies like that! I absolutely love the milk glass candle holders, Lori! You could even put candies in the bottom, or little Christmas balls along with the candles for the holidays. Looking forward to tomorrow's Vlogmas! Hugs, Candace
My mother collected milk glass and I have a few pieces from her. I did the warm hands ornaments a few years ago for package decorations. They were a lot of fun to make.
My Grandmother and Mother used to collect milk glass. My DIL now has them displayed on top of her kitchen cabinets. Very cozy to me. So glad you hit 6 thousand subscribers and so enjoy those scrumptious kitties. Thanks for sharing today. 🪡🛻☃️🎄
Your kitties are so sweet. We adopted two kitties about 2 years ago. They were babies . My son and I feed them for a while from tiny bottles. I never had done that. They are brother and sister and names are Bonnie and Clyde. Their other three siblings were adopted out as well. Someone had dumped them in a box in the cold January evening by a dumpster. A friend of mine found them and successfully found homes for them all. So when I hear your babies cry I think it’s mine crying. Lol
It sounds like you gave your kitties a great start in life! I got mine from a quilting friend, whose granddaughter‘s cat had kittens unexpectedly. I really love my girls.
Sweet kitties! It's fun to see them in the videos. Cool find on the milk glass candle sticks! You reminded me I have some of those wool mitten kits. So right on so many projects and so little time. lol
Wow milk glass! Haven't seen that since my younger years. Although I am deathly allergic to cats, your kitties are besties sitting on top of that box and wrapping their arms together💕🎄😻my mouth is watering over that basket of goodies🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🥰
We had an overnight snow, but nothing so pretty as your view. I love milk glass, but have nowhere to display it. I'm glad you find little treasures in your shops.
You sure have some fun places to shop in your town. You come up with some lovely finds. Those kitties are just so adorable. They must be great company. Thank you for another fun video! 🎅💚🤶
I remembered yesterday that I had some little scraps of wool and today I went looking for an old primitive quilts and projects magazine and will try to make a small wool appliqué, your vlogmas was just what I needed to get inspired. After the holidays I’ll embroider the small Valentine heart by Kathy Schmitz. By the way, my paper tree is lovely, just needs a little star. Thank you!
Another great find Lori love the milk glass candlestick holders haven’t seen that type before…I’m sure u will find many uses for them❣️ kitties are just so cute..see ya tomorrow 🤗
I love the milk glass candlesticks too, so pretty! Lots of wonderful goodies in the advent bag, you’re so very generous with your time and talents, thank you!
The milk glass candlestick holder is so pretty. The goodie box shows your generous nature. I get so many great ideas every time I wat your videos. Thank you.
Awww milk glass 💕 both mom and grandma collected items especially hobnail. Thanks Lori for putting in all this work on your vlogmas it’s been a lot of fun and I look forward to it. 🎅🏻🪡🎅🏻🪡🎅🏻🪡🎅🏻🪡🎅🏻
My Mom had a milk glass collection as well. Must have been a thing of the 50’s/60’s. The wool Santa pattern would be fun to make. I haven’t seen that pattern before. You have a lot of places to find some good “treasures”.
I love your videos when you show what you get thrifting. I have gone thrifting but just don’t seem to have great luck. The white candlesticks are adorable.
Your wailing kitty cracked me up… sounded like a baby protesting 😁 My Mabel kitty gets that vocal at mealtimes (which she thinks need to occur way more often than they do 😂)
It’s really peculiar, they have a cat door to go in and out. For some reason, Fiona doesn’t like to go out the cat door, although she has no problem coming in the cat door.
I’ve been picking up duchess and princess hoops whenever I find them at thrift shops. I have quite a few, and haven’t paid more than $1 for any. If you refurbish the felt on yours , I’d be interested in hearing how you went about doing it. That stand up Santa felt pattern is pretty neat. Reminds me of my collection of hand carved Santas. My parents learned wood carving in their retirement years. Santas were a favorite subject to carve. Each year my four siblings and I would get a new Santa they’d done. That was always our most precious gift from them. In all I have 16 of their Santas and many ornaments. They carved other things too like waterfowl and songbirds, but I like the Santas best.
Wow on your Duchess hoops! I found one at habitat, but the other one was through eBay. You don’t see them as often on the West Coast I guess. How amazing that you have all of your parents carvings. That’s so awesome!
All the goods are looking scrumptious! I just ordered a multipack of assorted wool as I've never done wool applique. If I cut into Mom's Pennington wool yardage, I'll most likely get a call from beyond the grave!
The milk glass candlesticks are very unique, I'll be on the lookout at some of my favorite shops for them. You are putting together a wonderful advent box!
I want everything in that box !! You’re very generous … I’m not sure I could part with it all. I have a few pieces of milk glass but haven’t seen the candlesticks before… wonderful find.
You find the most interesting secondhand home decorations. I'd not seen the milk glass candleholders before. They are adorable and practical--having their own "drip pans". No bobeche needed. 😊
Your idea of an advent giveaway is such a generous and lovely change from watching folks open advent calendars. Really, really nice❤
Thank you so much! I wanted to do something a little different.
Appreciate all you do to assist and help us with the small things, pointing out all those beautiful designs. Giggle
Another fun Vlogmas, Lori! I found myself feeling sad that after Christmas, I won’t be able to tune you in daily! Thanks for the joy you bring to this stitching community! 🎄❤️🎄
Oh, I’ll still be around. I hope you’ll continue to watch.
It is so much fun when you find little gems like the milk glass candlestick holders
Great to see you Lori. It's a two-kitty day! That garden book is lovely, also those milk glass candle holders are lovely and unique. Thank you for adding to my Holiday 2024 memories with your daily Vlogmas!. Happy Stitching!

Love the milk glass candle holders. What a good find.
Its always fun to see what the new purpose is for the old depression and milk glass that our Moms used in their decor.
I have a lot of pieces of pink depression glass that my grandmother gave me. I like to use it for tea parties.
The candlestick holders are beautiful.
Lori your generosity just blows me away! The advent basket you’re putting together is amazing! Wow those milk glass candlesticks you found are so unique and pretty, they would look gorgeous with a few winter greens and berries for Christmas! Will do! I love your idea for the wintergreen berries!
Those milk candlestick holders are gorgeous and look in perfect condition! Great find! The advent box is turning into a treasure chest for sure! So sweet of you! I love Kathy Schmitz patterns! The kit looks like fun.
Love milk glass. Like you, I have never seen it done in a candlestick holder. Great find!
Milk glass is so pretty. The candlesticks are a great find.
The milk glass candle holders are so pretty. I Love how your kittens were cuddling together - and one had her arm around the other. They are precious!
They're the best cuddling buddies!
Oh, those two girls....if only our two were buddies like that! I absolutely love the milk glass candle holders, Lori! You could even put candies in the bottom, or little Christmas balls along with the candles for the holidays. Looking forward to tomorrow's Vlogmas! Hugs, Candace
They aren’t always such devoted sisters!☺️. Sometimes they get a little grumpy with each other.
Loved the video - that candle holder milkglass is beautiful - can't wait to see it in your displays- enjoy your stitching
Thrifting is such fun! Your candlesticks are a wonderful find. Your sweet kitties are getting some camera time. ❤
They love being a part of the video!

The candle sticks were most unusual but gorgeous
Those candlesticks are so pretty and that sweet little hoop! My cat''s ears always perk up when he hears one of yours. ❤
When I was editing, Fiona looked perplexed when she heard her own meow.
Lori, you are a joy - and so very generous with your version of advent! (and your kitties are charming 🙂)
Those mittens are sooo cute!

I’m glad you’re enjoying the thrifting segments.
Loved hearing the kitties in the background...we lost our cat in the spring and we keep debating about getting another one. We miss her.
Oh gosh, I’m so sorry! I still miss my last kitty terribly, and she’s been gone for over 20 years. They definitely wiggle into your heart don’t they?
Loved the milk glass candlesticks. I can’t wait to see what you turn them into!!!❤️
