I had been to this place. First of all, it is on 4th floor of a very dingy building. it feels like climbing a mountain that too on a very hot day. The owner seen in this video is present but very uninterested, uninvolved and constantly on the phone with personal calls. The staff is extra rude, and also not really very helpful. I had gone with full intention of buying things in bulk and making future business connections (I have an extremely successful online business), however, the staff is not even ready to show any products despite mentioning the exact type and budget range. I was constantly being reminded that they won't be able to sell too few things to me, which is understandable, but to keep making these comments even before understanding the customers is quite presumptuous. Coming to the products they don't even have a big range, considering they are manufacturers. They claim to have oxidised jewellery, they hardly had any. Whatever pieces were there were broken, and they had no intention of restocking any time soon. The pieces also looked extremely dirty and unfinished. the German Silver pieces, silver replicas etc. seemed too raw. While I was still choosing, the salesman asked the owner "inka kya karna he" making me wonder what they really do with their customers. Finally, when I chose a few things to make the minimum bill amount (which was honestly difficult given the quality), they found out they did not have the quantity I needed. Hence even the bigger pieces that had to be kept back. The owner refused to sell me since the sets I had selected did not add upto minimum amount, I had managed to select only 3 from 4 large boxes, this will give you an indication of the quality and finish of their products. When I pointed out that I had asked them prior to begin choosing if they had the quantity, which they could have checked before wasting 2 hours of mine, the owner's response was "that's fine". So, my dear folks, if you have a lot of time, please do go to these people. The products, the shop and its people will leave you disappointed but with a lesson on how to not do business.
