    Love Pakistan but I won’t ever invest in Pakistan what’s happening in last two years.

    At last dha came out of its slumber, forced by stagnation in real estate in Pakistan.

    I may not have made my point clear last time.
    Let me explain. In 2020 a 1 kanal plot in D-12 was 4 to 4.5 carore. According to you it is now 12 carore minimum. So it has gone up THREE times.
    How much has the best dha phase 2 gone up since 2020, double at most.
    So which gives better return over time ? Not DHA
    So effectively in pindi islamabad if you invest anywhere other than cda, you become relatively "poorer" over time.
    I was not talking about the standard of living in dha. But even that is for retired persons. If you have to go to pindi or islamabad daily, it is torture

      Plots in dha 5 have go up 3 times. In 2020 a plot which was 1 10 it was sold at 3 30 in 2024
