Showing different lego build techniques always makes a great episode. Secondary part use absolutely fascinates me.

    Hi Bricksie.
I really like your creativity. These trees definitely look snow-covered, but with enough openness to show the green elements beneath them. Trees are extremely difficult to build when you want to show special effects, but I really think you have created unique solutions to problems we have all faced. Thank you!

Those trees look great. That's a really neat design that should be pretty adaptable to different variations.
Some all-green ones lower down on the mountain will fit right in as 'summer' versions and be a nice transition with elevation. The angle of the branches splaying out from the trunk can be adjusted here and there to give a slightly different shape from tree to tree. You could add 1-2 more of the large leaf elements to each assembly to make the bottom wider and make the taller ones more tapered. Awesome design!

You’re a tree herder, an honorary Ent.
Nice job with the snow covered trees. I think you can let the leaves be hinged out more so they look more substantial.

I think the super tall and skinny ones will fit in much better when they are surrounded by other trees. You won’t see the bottoms much, only the tall tops! Ur chillin

Make hills of snow behind the houses and put trees on them

My only critique is you mixing two shades of green on an evergreen tree. Not sure how it is in Canada but evergreens are typically consistent in color unless they are dying, diseased or covered in something.

You could try to add extra leaf elements onto ends of bottom branches and raise their angle to give the bottom more width, maybe overlap some in middle and leave top just 1 element and tighter angle to tree.

Hey Bricksie, I think I adding tiles to the while and green leaf elements would help fill out the tress more... 1 x 1 circular or those quarter tiles

Down the road, you could build a tunnel over the tram in the back and then add trees, or anything, behind the houses for depth and height!

If you use an octagonal piece for the bottom two layers of the tall tree, you can probably add enough leaves to flare them out in eight directions, giving it a tapering look

When Lego ships from Denmark, it comes Canada Post so you won't have them until the strike is resolved on top of the standard wait times. However, the 'best seller' parts comes UPS so you are in the clear if you wanted to go ahead with that portion.

If you want it wider at the bottom you could add the smaller Lego leaf branches and add them to to larger ones you used.

Would it work to use the smaller leaf element as you move up the tree and maybe angle the branches out a smidge from top to bottom to give the narrowing effect? Either way I'm gonna be building some of these!!!

do you have any of the old stump pieces? i wonder how your trees would look inserted into them with a lot of base foliage to hide the gap in size. i also wonder if there is another piece that might give your trees less of a pointy top like maybe the 2x2 round part with the rounded bottom, might be to blunt though.

You are missing pieces for the trees ? You seem to forget you have a 3D printer !!! 🤓
3D print is not the same quality as Lego, but printinng Octagon pieces or the like in the lower part of the trunk, nobody gonna see that !!!

have you considered instead of green leaves, using autumn colors at the bottom?
also, maybe the tree house set, with white leaves and details might be cool to consider \ adding
