Harry noticed how Purebloods were basically Lackeys to Lord Voldemort. Zabini and Malfoy. LUNA LOVEGOOD, is my Hero/Heroine Pureblood till this day. Yet Ravenclaw Sleep room not, lol. Still better than Gryffindor though, lol.

Imagine being able to Sleep in an Opulent Aquarium and Sleep well knowing you don't have to worry about the Glass breaking and flooding while in your comfortable bed and silk sheets watching the Lake outside your window and beings within. Then being lulled to sleep by the ASMR sounds of the Lake bubbles outside and crackling fire within. Such is Slytherin house fine Slumber. Well it technically is quite cool temperature wise and also mold inhibiting, a Muggle submerged Dormitory/Manor would not have such advantages. So yes the temperature of Slytherin House submerged under the Lake is the coolest year round. Yet its Fires are unsurpassed at warming or cooling the Pureblood Witches and Wizard Chidren within. And yes, I knew you were speaking about aesthetics, lol.

Omg it would be amazing if you made an asmr where you are trying to sleep in the common room and people around you (like Draco) are trying to be quiet. You’d have muffled talking here and there, humming, whispering, pages turning, quill noises, fire crackles (pretty much like this common room noise) etc! 💚

Maybe add an occasional closing of a heavy wooden door, echoing footsteps travelling down the hall, and the sound of louder voices from out in the hallway every now and then. Maybe even the occasional line of muffled dialogue, something simple and mundane like "I'm bored, want to find something to eat?" or "You'll be late for class!". You don't have to write out a full scene, you could follow each line of dialogue with shushing noises of other common room occupants as they attempt to quiet the disruption! Humming, page turning, and whispering are also great ideas :)

this is by far my favorite Slytherin common room ambience. the music in the background is so soothing and it really adds the sense of being underwater. I don't know how to explain it properly, but you know the feeling of being underwater when you can only hear muffled noises, and you feel so out of the world but at the same time like you are in the exact womb of the earth. like you are at home, I guess
I’m so proud to be a Slytherpuff. These are the two most misunderstood houses, but it’s a great combination! I think my hufflepuff side and slytherin side keep each other in check. Not only am I ambitious, but I want to see others succeed and love to lift up my closest friends. I’m cunning but my greatest joy isn’t winning, it’s celebrating everyone’s achievements. I take pride in giving everyone equal opportunity and learning about different cultures and worldviews, but I’m also discerning and know when it’s time to cut out toxic people. That’s why Slytherpuffs make great leaders-I grew up on HP and now I’m Head of the English Department at a university in GA. Perfect career for a Slytherpuff.

There are good aspects to all of them. I personally prefer the Hufflepuff room, but I am very much a Slytherin.
