Slacks rp at this point is just gatekeeping and protecting himself and the PD rather than doing actual rp and letting the rp flow as it should

Slacks is played by the same guy who played baas and the dude can't really RP that's why he stopped playing crim completely. So it's not a surprise that they act the same, hell they even sound the same.
the pd has always sucked, but they used to be a bit more relaxed and let rp shit happen. we got johnson getting fired over a silly fight on grove street
The issue was he was lying repeatedly about it, but I still don’t think he should be fired he is such a good cop
@@1nicesteak109he literally didn't lie. He freely admitted to all of the high level details and the only difference in the reports were smaller details which could have easily been missed or forgotten from his perspective.
Y'all gotta be gaslighting if you call that lying. Real life witness statements never line up 100%. Some varience in memories is not grounds to accuse someone as lieing.
I think there is some ooc stuff in it all the way from the K getting downed and Ramee held at knife-point since Johnsson was first there and just watched all of the people flee and lied about it. Then viewers have gotten on Ruth about that and in general so I think in NP way they just push the Ruth hate as leading from that. Even tho the female officer searched K without she shouldn't have. Saab/Slack never got warrant to the house where the perpetrators were and then Ultimatelly Ruth heavily pushed for the rp to be played out even tho it was build on everyone messing up. Then they just propably look that Oh, if Johnsson wouldn't have lied the rp'er of Ruth wouldn't have had to play her character as she did and the whole mess of an scenario wouldn't have played out. Which is just.. shifting the blame. Ruth did other unbeleavable stuff like bringing the judge to contempt K for not cooperating with the truck when he said like 5 times he needs a phone with sim in it to do it and wasn't given 😂 Then stopped the other raid and put K on hold for not knowing where the place was (yes K messed with the map but put it back where it was before she decided that he wasn't cooperating again 😅). So MAYBE there is a reason people blame Ruth and Johnsson isn't the right scapegoat for it.
How is Slacks a Captain? I know its Bass playing it, but I've never heard of Slacks before from 3.0. Shouldnt there be a cadet arc first?

They told Johnson that Mr K filed a complaint which was a lie in itself an fire him for "lying" classic baas the hypocrite
@@GLUFSARENhe didn't lie. They accused him because his report didn't match up with events 100%. But that's littlerally just how memories work. Someone can't remember all the details of an event days after it happened with perfect accuracy. He freely admitted to all the high level details, but because he doesn't remember exact words and other bs, they try to call him a liar.
They basically fired him for not metagaming and using vods to write his statement. Is the short of it.
Also, from Mr K's vod, his testimony lines up 100%, and slacks is actually just gaslighting at this point. It's so effed.
