26:40 hypergrowth worked, it just doesn't do what you think it does. It works like normal growth, except instead of growing 1 pip when you use it, it grows N pips where N is the number of pips on the side (so on a 3 pip side it would grow 3). The confusion there is because you rolled it on a 1 pip side, so it looked exactly like normal growth
I don't get where he even got the idea it was permanent scaling lol. For one, it clearly said "this fight", and for two, that would be *incredibly* busted.
I was looking forward to watching this one but had to catch up first! lmao love that you enjoyed hyena, at a certain point I was just adding any keyword that was easy to code.
Choose party are really easy in this update: I did the 5 chars same color on unfair on my first try, because I choose 4 housecats (which can't level) and one green that can level. At the end said green was level 10 and on it's journey there it had damage sides of over 600 (by base) and shields of over 500 (that one was at level 6 or 7 i think). Really just ridiculous fun!
yeah, shifter is really weird in the sense that it is theoretically the most useful/versatile item (THEORETICALLY), if it rolls bad keywords u put it on dmg sides, if it rolls good keywords, u put it on defensive sides, though in practice, it is just goofy and not good
11:22 You can actually shoot that Shade with Sparky Zap and kill it. Intangible just blocks damage, it doesn't block targetting. Think of it like a Ghost, where you could use Trappers' "kill on 4 or less" side.
The main hotkeys are 1 through five to select the hero's abilites, and qwerty+ for the magic/tactics, r for reroll, space to confirm all dice/end turn, z for undo. IDK if there's a hotkey for selecting enemies.
Sparky is definitely better, not worse. Reducing his spell by 2 mana and damage makes it way more versatile since you can always mix in a burst. Most of the enemies that sparky used to bully like slimer and ghost have been changed anyways. Sparky's also a beneficiary of the new unbalanced party compositions.
i love the party chatter in this game so much. when they say stuff like jinx when they have the same side, it's so cute.
yea gettin real tired of these freaks going "idk if we can win this" when we're all low though, doubters in my game
Nightmare is a super fun gamemode to try, gives you unhinged item drafts
main issue is that i think it'll just be chain losing, but i'll actually give it a go this evening

I was just about to comment with the same thing. I’m glad I read down a few comments in case someone beat me to it. :)

I once got inflict inflict death. It gave the target's side inflict death.
Would've been awesome if it had been a shield instead of an attack...

On my first run of this I actually got THREE sarcophagi on one fight
I cant wait to see you take on Alternate and Nightmare, those things are nuts
"Hyena isn't real, it can't hurt you"
Ace spell getting buffed makes it a lot better! And yep good mana sync spell makes him actually good
Presence might be my favorite new hero so far, such a cool design idea... only downside is the whole, zero damage potential thing.
yeah super cool, i think that greens are so weird that he ends up being pretty good by comparison
3.0 too fun
Can you give a *brief* guide on shortcut keys you are using in the next vid?

@@Kosher3864 adding shift to the numbers targets the enemies, but idt voyix uses those
yea i'll try to remember, comment it again if i forget though
actually in 3.0 you don't need shift anymore to target enemies, numbers work for them too
oh hell yeah, love the goofy game modes
IDK if you know, but the fast screenshot command is win+shift+s
ah i use lightshot so i just print screen and copy paste into gimp, i pause because i usually end up taking a few screenshots
Swedish Chef be like: 40:09
Picking ace for him to hold deadweight says a lot about the guy
S&D 3.0 Now with 100% more math!

Dream Hard win is an achievement btw
i'll probably run it back soon
Is it just me or new 3.0 Classic Hard is harder than 2.0? My current winrate is 10% now xD
i think it's probably easier or similar if you just play the classic party, but the weirdo parties really shake things up
@@Voyix yeah, but those custom parties are too tempting xD that's probably the reason of my low win rate
2 slicer dicer?? woah
