This is a month long readathon where everyone involved is encouraged to read as many middle grades as they can!

My 6-year-old daughter loves tea parties. I don't typically read a lot of middle grade but I have 3 kids (8, 6 and 5 years old as of Sept), and this whole thing feels so fun and definitely whimsical. I think I will definitely try to participate as much as possible and have a few tea parties with my children :D

Excited for this. Reading middle grade counts for studying for my teacher exams, right? I mean, I should know about as many books out there to be able to recommend to my future students....Ah, yep, I make it count for this. Too excited. I'm loving this idea! Just a weird question, do all the prompts have to be filled by middle grade books? I'm trying to limit how much I'm getting from my library and buying to clear out most of my physical TBR and I don't have a lot of middle grade
That’s a great question!! It’s technically a middle grade readathon but it’s really flexible so if you just want to pick one middle grade for all of the prompts that absolutely counts! And it’s also supposed to be fun so if you personally have a couple books that aren’t middle grade that you’d like to incorporate by all means go for it!
