I lived not too far away from where Frank Rosenthal, who the Ace character was based on, was blown up. Rosenthal didn't say a word to the Feds and got a pass. Tony Spilotro (Nicky) was such a disaster at the time that it was no surprise when he turned up in a hole.

I think that Sharon Stone is like her characters, but that she doesn't act very well. And when she's trying to act like a furious, enraged mess, I think she just looks and sounds like she's incredibly frustrated at trying to act. I think Jennifer Tilly or Gina Gershon would have played the part better than her. I think that anytime you cast Sharon Stone in a role, she's an ill fit for it as an actress. I just don't think she acts very well
I think Sharon Stone's acting isn't any better than the acting in a high school play, and I think lots of high schoolers can act better than her. I think she fucks it up pretty badly every time and I can't take her very seriously. I think she's a pretty cheesy actress. I think even Kathleen Turner does better than her

I have cPstd and its impossible to keep up with a story line on account of short memory being pushed aside with shocking scenarios. Casino was like a 3 hour film, right ?
