He only shades other brands if he doesn't like the products and/or thinks they're too expensive for what you get, or if he dislikes the people behind the brand. I don't mind that kind of shade, I want the truth. Everyone is that way, we all have our personal feelings, but he generally tries to be objective or just not feature brands he entirely doesn't like. He doesn't knock other brands to make his own look like the only good option, was the point. Even though his products are better than most, imo. I think he does like Rihanna/Fenty, and that makes him more positive going in, but he was pretty clear that he didn't care for everything here. He doesn't need money or pr from brands and that's what keeps his reviews honest compared to a lot of the big gurus. The only company he promotes that I don't think is great is Morphe, and he does work with them but I also can't remember the last time I've seen him using their makeup on video. It's certainly not the same level as some of the others constantly pushing codes and collabs etc.
I really love how he makes the music at not a super ear raping levels. He keeps his voice at a nice tone and he’s truly honest with his reviews. He doesn’t mess around and can END anybody’s career with a snap. He’s like the Eminem of the beauty community. You talk trash, get snatched. Like if you agree ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
I don't wear makeup at all but somehow I find these videos relaxing and entertaining artistically. If I did wear makeup though I would totally buy this stuff cause the colors and packaging are so beautiful.

I feel that rihanna's products never fail. Of course, some of the things you personally do not like, but the products themselves are ALWAYS really good quality. Rihanna is, in my opinion, one of the few who does not just make makeup for the money. she does it because she thinks it's fun and loves it while others (like the kardashians) are sometimes more likely just try to get as many things out as possible and forget about the quality (of course, there are also amazing products from them but there are some that just disappoints) this is just my opinion. I loved many of these products and those I didnt like were only due to personal preference and not because the product was bad.

I feel that rihanna's products never fail. Of course, some of the things you personally do not like, but the products themselves are ALWAYS really good quality.
Rihanna is, in my opinion, one of the few who does not just make makeup for the money. she does it because she thinks it's fun and loves it while others (like the kardashians) are sometimes more likely just try to get as many things out as possible and forget about the quality (of course, there are also amazing products from them but there are some that just disappoints)
this is just my opinion.
I loved many of these products and those I didnt like were only due to personal preference and not because the product was bad.
the foundation definitely failed for me and a lot of other people, like the colors and the texture was on point but it was giving people tons of break outs
How can you even know if she does it for money or fun lmao. She works with some of the best PR teams, designer, packaging creators and chemists/makeup formulators in the world so i doubt if it was even the idea to create the makeup line at all lmao
