- My friend Derek Richardson joins me as we go to Cache Creek Colorado to go gold mining. We have an epic journey over Independence Pass and get camp setup just before nightfall. We start digging first thing in the morning and instantly find gold!

Ozark Trail tents are great. I've had one since 2006 and used it a bunch. Never an issue.

I seent it! YEAHHH BOY! lol Ill be up there this Tuesday till Wednesday night. Just found a .25 gram picker up there this past wednesday.
I see 4 maybe 5 layers in that hole, Do you know which layer is giving you the Gold ? and, Whatsamatter with your creek ? It is flowing in and around trees, brush and surface cobbles,....that's like,....infancy for a creek !
lol that's not the actual creek. I will put out a video soon explaining the many diversions that lead away from the actual creek. Many of these diversions were used by the original 1860s miners.
I just found this video. I'm looking at 2 claims in Grand county CO. And this will be my very first time prospecting... I may need help. Lol

Did you catch a fine for the fire? Was just up there a month ago working a finger between tailing piles and got a gram of fines
