    Very nice indeed….and as someone who’s onto his third Porsche Cayman I have to say I would be sorely tempted with the Emira as an alternative purchase next time around.

    Why has he traded it in on such low mileage? That worri3s me that he did not like it, and i seem to be getting a lot of adverts for this car on my insta, so are they just not selling well 🤔

      This car had a 3 year delay so a lot has happened to customers, financial, moved on, etc. Also they still put customers cars on websites so only a few are actually for sale.

    2:04 that’s a Toyota (Camry) power plant

      Which is not a bad thing since Toyota has very reliable engines and it sounds great

    Could be wrong but I don’t think it had the black pack option - otherwise, the Lotus boot badge would be black, along with the rear diffuser, exhaust tips and roof. Lovely example though.

      That’s correct, non black pack on this one
      Black pack includes roof black, lettering in black , and tail pipes in black also

      Fair point well made! Thank you! Shame we can’t edit that out now. Explains the badge and for me, I’d certainly have that in black. 👍👍

    Just out of curiosity why would someone drive this for 140 miles and sell it? Are they money laundering or something thats barely the drive back from the dealership

    • @thelogbookcc
      @thelogbookcc  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So it was bought for a collection but there has been a change of circumstances. Totally genuine reason to sell and quite sad really 😢

    How much is this in dollars? Is this like $500,000 US??

    • @thelogbookcc
      @thelogbookcc  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Happy to accept that! But no, it is nearer $89,000 - bargain

    I wouldn’t drive mine as a daily (traffic is too thick and the car gets too much attention everywhere its goes), but I love it as a weekend car!

      @@thelogbookcc Absolutely, you are a natural, can see the channel growing well if you keep up with the content, love the reviews and also the catchup videos where you give an insight into the headaches of the trade. An day to day life in the trade video could be also be good similar to what shifting metal does? either way keep up the good work!

    Too small . At 6.2 ft difficult to fit in there properly ; I think even you looked like you were too big for it, and I never liked Lotus except in the James Bond movie. A British brand but now majority Chinese owned, by Geely I believe, and the engine is from Toyota right ? To me this says , I want a super car but can only afford this…..But, to each their own. If Lotus is your thing , buy one.

      I am 6ft and felt to be plenty of headroom. I also have a fat arse which pushes me up a bit 😂
      I like it, it’s honest and raw, but totally get it isn’t everybody’s cup of tea.
