Re8 fixed one of the problems re7 had. The enemy variety. There's so many different monsters in this game. It's honestly quite impressive. The mid bosses like this guy are excellent too

The soundtrack to this game was amazing! Loved every second of this game. You can really feel the desperation and tension rising as the song plays. I hope future games use this kind of fear inducing music!
you have to give it up to them. you can tell how much effort that went into this game taking some of the best aspects of previous entries and creating a hell of a game.
@@2Gunz_Gaming of course they are putting a lot of effort in it, because after RE6 this franchise was almost buried. RE7 rised this franchise from the grave and RE8 gave this franchise new life.
Random side note. The fight with Urias is a great place to farm the "entrapment" challenge. When the Lycans come down, you can guard against them until Urias jumps down and likely kills the Lycans. Even more Lycans appear during the higher difficulty settings.
I feel like they should have put more Urias into the story and open the character more, besides being a mini-boss. The character design is pretty awesome and they should have done more with him.
@@potaterjim RE7 had some Bloodborne-esque songs too, but on that one they hired Cris Velasco, that did a good chunk of the BB soundtrack. This one they basically channeled their inner From Soft and I couldn't be more happier xD

Im one of those who fought him on VOS, The wrong thing I did though is I fought him on the VOS ON MY FIRST RUN! I had my ass kicked left and right and can't count the amount of times I got executed... Urias on VOS is AS HARD AS F**k!!

(Even if that's possible but I won't go down that route) Yes you are right about completing the game to unlock VOS difficulty. However if you have purchased the deluxe edition, you can play VOS on the first run and that's what I did. I even uploaded my gameplay on my channel too. If you don't believe me check the deluxe edition on the Internet. I did have one incident someone into my account and deleted some of my videos which I spent a good deal making which is annoying but I will have to reupload some of them again but as said I can tell you playing VOS on the first run is a pain in the ass! Those who have completed the game first then played VOS might not be as difficult cause you will have some unlockables to play with but compared with playing VOS on the first run, you have very little ammo, little medical items and really be skilled to play it. Trust me it was tough!!
It is nothing but perfection , i had to come here to listen to this masterpiece again but the thing is it is even better while fighting him even if all your senses feeling tension and fear from the situation
I felt like the Stronghold needed to be expanded a bit, maybe including some clever environmental twists in one or two extra arenas and, maybe also an "extended dynamic escape" from a large group of Lycans à là TLOU2 (Chapter "Horde" with Abby). Luckily, the finale was epic as hell, fighting against Urias was awesome.
The game was top class period. It had horror moments it had action moments it was balanced. It was one of the most story driven games of this franchise. This series has been on track since resi 7 and i dont want to hear more about it ( thats not an attack to your comment) peace
Oh yeah it was lol. I play VoS on my first playthrough and boi… no ng+ gun or infinite ammo but regular upg guns and skill, makes the fight more thrilling and satisfying to end the boss with a magnum last shot in the face!

This song actually plays in a lot more than just this spot and Heisenberg. It also plays when you're playing as Chris Redfield near the end of the game and you're stuck in that tiny little cave with that giant armored thing and Chris is like, "Looks like we got a tough guy, I'm gonna need air support! "But boss, you're underground..." "There's an opening at the top of the cave above me, USE IT!!"
Really a pity this piece isn't included in the official soundtrack. One of the best for sure. At least we have Mother Miranda boss theme (Eradicating evil) which is also amazing.

god i'm wondering how they'll do El gigante in an re4 remake (if they even keep it that is) and mendez .....i'm so down for an RE engine version of re4 :) re4 remake has the potential of being this decade's best game :) imagine how cool a remade Or re-imagined boss fight of mendez in the RE engine and how good both him and the El gigante are gonna look in the engine :D i really hope they change saddler's boss fight though (and salazar's ) i hope that they're more interactable and not just one hit with an RPG :) i know this may be controversial but i really hope the rocket launcher isn't one hit if they want they can make it Really strong just not one shot them (maybe you unlock a special infinite rocket launcher with the same strength after completing main campaign :D )

Not enough though, the only interesting enemies are In Heisenbergs factory, and that’s half of all of the enemies you encounter in the entire game
