- Today I show you how to make authentic Katsu Curry (カツカレー) . This traditional Japanese dish is incredibly easy to make. This recipe video covers everything you need to know - from preparing the vegetables to making the curry, to making the homemade Japanese chicken cutlet/schnitzel. This is the perfect Chicken Katsu curry recipe. Prefer pork? Just swap out the chicken. Enjoy!

I love how he actually finished the recipe which means that if you ignore the parts when his dark side takes over you can actually make the curry.
I believe most of his cooking tutorials actually show enough to cook the food item. Which is very cool because that means that his content is not only entertaining, but also educational.

i might be korean but at korea, we eat katsu too but its called in a different way. this is the best way to make it and i highly recomenned to try this recipe!

As a professional curry chef, this is exactly how it's done! Defeating the chicken is hard at first, specially if you're not familiar with a sword, but losing your feet is worth it

Chicken is usually pretty tough to handle when cooking. It’s one of the trickier meats to get right.
This tutorial really just makes sense though. This channel is truly helpful with every tutorial to why make. Nobody else is as well-spoken and eloquent.

I just wanna take a moment to appreciate this guy. He’s been making me laugh since I first discovered TH-cam, and he’s still managed to make me laugh after all these years. It’s amazing how he can still find unique ways to destroy this food and make it hilarious.
But doesnt he waste food? Look at those people who struggle to survive because of lack of food. He just likes to waste rice which is so hard to farm. I know he makes you laugh but how he does it isn’t comfortable to me. Asian people would hate to see this and the children who had died from starvation. In North Korea, They barely even have clothes!
