What sound or plugins do you use to make this type of beat, i want to make a beat like this

You can really use any plugin, it matters more how to use the effects, Devon Hendryx used reverb a lot, for the melodies you have to equalize a lot, you have to highlight the high frequencies too much, and in the drums too, you can grab normal drums of any genre , you have to EQ a lot and modify its pitch too much, each track of the song has to stand out at a frequency, then in the master you have to put another EQ and reverb
