Over 20 hours in now and still not even done with my first playthrough, having an absolute blast , it's been a while since a game came out that I yearned to play after work
I am absorbing it. Slowly. One mission per day. How am I able to hold back so? Well, I started playing Dark Souls III again in the final wait ups for ACVI and I'm rediscovering just how master crafted the entire FromSoftware catalogue really is.
They had to add a game journo mode. They didn't have to make it apply to all players. :D Mostly kidding, but that change will go a long way with accessibility. I remember plotting my sorties over and over to figure out how to minimize expenses so I could beef up my FCS, Generator, and Boosters in AC1.

"Mechs heretofore are defined as any legged or treaded mechanical construct piloted by a legally licensed mech pilot, as subject to arbitration therein." Saw that in the description and realized that unless this is excluding MTs, this means that there's basically *no* damage that this covers.

Most Gundam games I've played haven't really hit my mech itch and in metal gear they aren't too common so Armored Core 6 was a blast for me to play and I'm almost done 100% the game.
@ulforcemegamon3094 Am I crazy or is having this commercial for the only AC game that doesn't have any of these mechanics seem like incompetent writing bordering on false advertisement?
As a new Raven I need a remaster of 1-5 to play in the future. I'm hooked on the gameplay, customization, music, and replay value of the missions. This game is so much fun!
This is so wonderful, and the flavor is so on point; makes complete sense that insurance companies would live and thrive on Rubicon, as just small parts of the massive corps taking over the planet. And no, mech damage is not, could not, and would never be covered, because just think of the carnage you inflict with your one singular AC... its like offering hurricane protection in a place where up to 30ish hurricanes all come together and fight for supremacy daily
From that Times Square ad to this, they really didn't hold back. I'm just glad this series is getting more attention. Welcome back Raven(s) Would be interesting if they revived other games from back then too, like Tenchu. Probably bring it up to date or tweak the gameplay too, like offering more options to assassinate/kill your targets (like poisoning, plain old stealth kill or going full-on slaughterhouse, probably something like a hybrid Hitman/Sekiro/Tenchu type)
As an Armored Core Veteran, I’m delighted to see these types of commercials that brings the game to newcomers’ attention. Loving the not so steep learning curve it has compared to PS2,3 days. Welcome, Ravens.
What I love most about this is the fact that it proves FromSoft has a sense of humor and ACTIVELY chooses to give us the most depressing questlines anyway.
Im Throughly pleased with the amount of marketing that has gone into this game. I said it in the gameplay preview livestream on youtube that it would be a severly missed opportunity to not promote AC6. Mainly because the marketing for armored core 4, armored core for Answer, and armored core V. Missed the mark in terms of hyping up gamers. AC6 has been thr most Marketed Armored Core game in the US that i have ever seen, and for that and how amazingly difficult the game is. I am throughly pleased. Good damn job From Software!
Already 100%ed it but having fun trying odd builds like the old games. Hopefully get a few mid generation expansions with a lot more to play around with like the old days.

dude imagine if this is how they marketed Elden Ring lmao
Hello
It would've been glorious lol
The office, but it's just volcano manor
Elden Ring hardly needed any marketing to be widely successful, this franchise - and the mech genre - really needs it.
-Yes, we cover fire damage.

Rainn Wilson promoting an Armored Core game is a dream I never knew I wanted to come true.
Maybe we ARE in the right timeline after all!

Golden comment.
