    Recently i have done 10 days Vipassana meditation i am now feeling so changed all my friends are telling me that nikhil u are totally changed,but the truth is after Vipassana now i m very clear about my thoughts whatever I'm thinking I just do it with out confusing my mind and wasting time I simply do ,even I don't have fear k log Kya kahenge agar me ye karunga to i dont know y but so many changes i can see in myself, every mrng now i have a Habit of doing meditation from 4-5 AM in bram muhurat , Thank u and , ana pan technique where we have to focus on our breathe is really superb technique u will start controlling u r mind thoughts if you focus upon u r breathe,

    I am doing Reiki healing & meditation from the past 3 years and yes whatever you told us in the video is exactly I am now and feeling relaxed, detachment from non-specific things, no hyper no mood swings. I say now I am in the NEUTRAL state now.

    I used to do meditation from last 5 years and yessss it helped me to get rid of anger anxiety and restlessness.
    With each day I'm becoming more peaceful happy and relaxed and yes more spiritual 🙏 😇

    Mam, I'm 45 years old. A few months ago I was depressed most of time due to my health concerns. Then I read Swami Vivekananda's "Raj Yoga " and Norman Vincent Peale's " The Power of Positive Thinking ". These two books change my life. Meditation plays a vital role to improve my Thinkings. My outlook is now changed. Negative thoughts are gradually being eradicated from my mind. Now I can feel "I'm rare, I'm the best, I can do, I can fight with the odds of my life" etc. etc. No doubt, meditation has a great healing power.

    1. Dinbhar calmness bna rhta hai
    2. Zyada practically soch pata hu
    3. Jaldbaji me gadbadi nhi hoti
    4. Halka halka mind me dinbhar sensation hota hai jo acha lgta hai.
