You’re suppose to use OIL BASED FOOD COLORING so that your chocolate doesn’t harden, never use gel based that’s how it hardens and gets grainy another tip is keep the stem on so that it looks more presentable ! And use smaller decor pins for the strawberries

Adding a few tablespoons at a time of boiling water helps recover seized chocolate!! The same thing that ruins it fixes it 💁♀️😊
