Hi I have completed MCD level 1 which is in Mule 4. Now I want to do another certification which is "MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate " which is available only in mule 3. So do you know when it will be available in mule 4?

That certification is retired now. At the moment there is no plan announced from Mulesoft about restoring it for Mule 4
