Det ser da godt ud 🙂 . Couple of questions. 1. Can you just repeat the FB group 2. I always worry about cooking pork through. Do you use a thermometer in the oven or do you just rely on that 14 minutes plus 3 on the pan are enough?
Ty! 1. I’m not sure I understand FB2? 2. I don’t worry. With this size, thickness, temp and time it more than enough. You could always double check with a thermometer but I don’t anymore.
@@KimbosComfortKitchen Ok so I made them and the are indeed pretty good. I did cook them a bit longer in the oven because I have to say that those are by far the largest Krebinetteer I have ever made. Turning 1kg of pork in to just 4 made them huge. I think next time I will probably turn them in to 6 instead. The duxelle turned out nice too and now I have a bunch in the freezer that I plan to stuff in to a pork tenderloin.
