S1 - Ep 352 - Bloemhof - Privileged to Witness this Impressive Wonder!

Arriving at our overnight stay in Bloemhof, our first in the North West Province, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Despite the late hour, we couldn't resist venturing out to find dinner, and were rewarded with an absolutely delicious meal. The next morning, we were met with a picturesque scene of frost-kissed landscapes. Eager to explore the town, we set out early and were captivated by the stunning churches that adorned the area. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to take a walk through one of these architectural marvels, immersing ourselves in this amazing structure. Crossing over the Vaal River, we were once again enchanted by its beauty. However, after many attempts to reach the Bloemhof Dam wall, we were told that there was construction going on and we would not be allowed to view it. Fortunately we had a secret tool to show us the beautiful dam wall. Driving over the impressive bridge a few kilometres away from the wall that spanned the dam, we were treated to an unforgettable sight, feeling truly privileged to witness this natural wonder.
