TOY Lightsaber Becomes REAL

The inspiration for this video was and old toy lightsaber with a faulty plastic saber that fell out when flicked too hard. Fun fact - after everything you see in the video, the sound board and light saber still worked fine :-) The copper tube didn't do so well though and was bent like a bannana thanks to the 3000 degrees F generated by the lightsaber in use.

Sometimes I have a beer, then think up something like this and make it so. This thins out the subscribers who expect the same type of video over and over again and keeps a smaller gathering who will forgive my alternative tastes. I like this.

Why do not you make a strong laser or two of the laser and put glass and make the lasers reflect their strength to the outside and make your laser sword.
The heat of the lasers alone would melt the glass, and explode the emitters. Even if the glass didn't melt the purpose would be downsided by the fact that glass is fragile. Thanks for the idea though, it sounded great.
