Most young reptiles are not raised by their parents, and are required to live on their own shortly after they hatch. I may be overthinking it, but those are just my thoughts.

I'm 42 years old but this made me feel like a five-year-old. This is what I dreamed of as a kid. A palm sized Godzilla that could be a pet. I imagined one too. Imagined it sitting on my shoulder during class, running around the table while I ate, and curled up next to me when I went to bed. This is like my childhood dream made real. Thank you. 😊

This is so good. I loved the Gecko features on the Godzilla. The ridges on the tail, and the tail wiggle before striking both come straight from Leopard Geckos.

I was expecting a small, cute sounding roar that sounded more like a squeak, but just taking the original scream and pitch shifting it was WAY funnier.
Yo that would actually be fire and I feel like it would be interesting if the vibe of the show would be similar to the series Primal. Imagine, we would see the dark and gritty process of evolution as a tiny Godzilla works his way up the food chain facing various horror filled adversaries in each step of his evolution.

My favorite detail is that, even though tiny, he still has the same rate of motion as his giant counterpart. I always thought, when watching the movies, "just imagine the destruction if he could move at a normal pace." Elephants have the same average running speed as humans. Big does not equal slow. So, I feel vindicated because this clear documentary evidence shows that Godzillas, regardless of size, really are just slow fellas by nature.
Don't even get me started on tortoises and turtles. All those rabbits lost stories? cuz they napped? all LIES. It's all they do to kids, feed them LIES. Tortoises/turtles walk/swim slow af only cuz they're not scared. But once they feel threatened for life, like say, when a cameraman moves close and they don't know why the human is closin up on them, they SPRINT for dear life. Rabbits can barely compare. Despite the shells and all, those creatures are fast af. Just look up youtube, so many videos of them running and people being surprised.

However, comparing them to hares is a completely different question. There is no comparison. The animal the tortoise is running against in the fable isn't a pet/meat/pelt *rabbit* , but a wild hare. I invite you to look at videos showing hares running at top speed and compare to tort vids. There is a reason that greyhounds were bred for millenia into ridiculous speed demons. It was to catch hares. You don't need a 45mph hound to catch a tortoise. If we were to get Little Godzilla in the Monsterverse this little guy seems close to what it could look like in my opinion. In addition the confused crocodile chirp he makes at the end when Mothra picks him up is just perfect.

My favorite detail is that, even though tiny, he still has the same rate of motion as his giant counterpart. I always thought, when watching the movies, "just imagine the destruction if he could move at a normal pace." Elephants have the same average running speed as humans. Big does not equal slow.

Okay, so I watched those videos you mentioned and, yes, turts and torts can move faster than most people generally assume. That's a very valid point.
However, comparing them to hares is a completely different question. There is no comparison. The animal the tortoise is running against in the fable isn't a pet/meat/pelt *rabbit* , but a wild hare. I invite you to look at videos showing hares running at top speed and compare to tort vids. There is a reason that greyhounds were bred for millenia into ridiculous speed demons. It was to catch hares. You don't need a 45mph hound to catch a tortoise. And the dog often still loses to the hare.

DURING the AGE OF LAW, JEHOVAH LAID DOWN many COMMANDMENTS to MOSES to PASS ON to the ISRAELITES who FOLLOWED HIM OUT of EGYPT. These COMMANDMENTS were GIVEN by JEHOVAH to the ISRAELITES, and had NOTHING to do with the EGYPTIANS; they were INTENDED to RESTRICT the ISRAELITES. GOD used the COMMANDMENTS to ASK them. IF they KEPT the SABBATH, if they HONORED their PARENTS, if they WORSHIPED the gods--gods, and SO ON: these are the PRINCIPLES if they were JUDGED SINFUL or RIGHTEOUS. ☀️
Among them, there were some who were struck by Jehovah's fire, some who were stoned to death, and some who received Jehovah's blessing, and it was decided according to whether they obeyed or did not obey the commandments. Those WHO did NOT KEEP the SABBATH would be STONED to DEATH. The PRIEST who did NOT KEEP the SABBATH would be STRUCK by JEHOVAH'S FIRE. PRIESTS who did NOT SHOW RESPECT to their PARENTS would also be STONED to DEATH. All of this is COMMANDED by JEHOVAH. ☀️
JEHOVAH ESTABLISHED His COMMANDMENTS and LAWS so that, as He LEADS them in their LIVES, the PEOPLE WOULD LISTEN and OBEY His WORD and NOT REBEL AGAINST Him. ☀️
