I don't remember it well.😅 I think the person who want the member ship, should fill an application form which is available in the library and pay a fixed amount ( Around 300rs for a year. I'm not sure). Along with that the applicant should submit a copy of their aadhar card attested by a gazetted officer and 2 photographs. Actually the process is not as lengthy as it sounds 😅😅 Once done, Its all worth it❤ Nb: Do thoroughly enquire to library staff about each step❤

They dont even know about recommending to central Library. This is the rule of library council for membership. Earlier ,over a decade ago it was not tough. I had a temporary student membership.Now difficult.
