設定で少しだけ直ったけど結局変わらん
モニターなどの環境の違いで変わるので参考になるか分かりませんが、自分はタタコンの設定を－3、判定と音符位置は初期状態でしています
元々Switch版はSwitch本体の仕様で少し遅延があり、ある程度の遅延は避けられませんね...
