I've spent many weeks in Grenoble over the last few years (going back to 2005 when I spent two months in Grenoble during the summer)
A good friend of mine lived in one of the top floor apartments in the building which has the Zara store in it (opposite Place Victor Hugo)
Have not been back since 2017 so was nice to see Grenoble again

Ah youre in the old part of the city, move closer to Seyssinet-Pariset and it looks like the Soviet Union literally built the apartments there
