Mate they turned out great 👍🏻. I bet you had a great deal of satisfaction after they cooled down to hold these 1 of a kind pieces in your hands I know I do😁. Great little chunky pieces for sure!
Oh no, i was just curious. I'm just getting started casting and built me a box kinda like that but i doesn't open like yours. Would you suggest i modify it? That's why i was asking.
Ohh! If you want to cast mulitiple objects at one time, then it is a good idea. Otherwise, you don't need to modify it. I have been working on a new project. I am now going to use Graphite blocks/slabs to pour into after I use a dremel to make certain shapes etc.
Funny you should say graphite blocks. Just last night i was looking at some online and thinking those would be perfect for what i need, and ordered 2. I'm making a 12oz sterling silver heart for my son and his bride to be for a wedding gift and have been experimenting making hearts outta zinc and pewter. I so far have a few good ones and several bad ones haha. I want a great one when i do it in silver.
Very Nice! I've tried making a shield for a necklace but it is so much harder than I thought.. The smallness of it makes it extremely difficult.. Can't get it to turn out.. :(
It's so amusing how people call this the "star of David", when it didn't even exist in his time. It was unknown until the end of king Solomon's reign; when his pagan wives swayed his heart to follow other gods.
Good job and good video.

thanks~ indeed, indeed!
😍😊😍😊😍☺☺😊☺😊☺😊
You can endlessly look at how others work! 😆😅
Why did you remove the flask before pouring?
Because I wanted to make another mold.. :) Also, it doesn't matter cause there is enough sand on the bottom and sides to hold well.
