Depending on how you file your visa application. I came to Canada with all my 3 kids and husband last year. The English language is not compulsory. People just need the information for sure. It's not hard
@NassaliJoaner my dear,in all honesty, getting a job while outside canada is very difficult. A lot of employees want you presently in Canada. I don't know how old you are,your professional back home ,your work experience; however, if you have all those things in place ,you can check PNP canada or the Express entry skilled worker program. Other than that, you could try a visitor visa, which requires tactical ways to file and a strong purpose for the visit. Or school, which is quite expensive for an average fellow Ugandan.
