You can do it three ways. I personally sign into the CAD through the stream browser People in my community also use the Sonoran cad app or they log into a normal browser like chrome or Firefox The third way is that we also have an in-game cad set to a key that members also use. It automatically puts a tablet emote into the officers hands. I hope this helps.
How does that typing part work? Like near the end of the video, you are typing commands.. And whatnot for the "crash victim" . Is it a computer that answers back? The player?

Sounds like an excuse. Most really good communities have way longer application processes than us. Some communities it takes days to get even your application accepted. We do applications every night

He's using graphics mods which you can get yourself , I believe he uses NVE (Natural Vision Evolved)
