Thank you - yes you can, Must be a base with +1 All Skills and 3 open suffix - use '3 Crafted Mods, Prefix cannot be Changed' and 'Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers', then Add/Remove Cold with Harvest and it will give +1 Cold
You can gaurentee +1 phys but must be on different base with 3 open suffix :) - Use '3 Crafted Mods, Prefixes Cannot be Changed and then 'Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers' - then Add/Remove Phys with Harvest - it will guarentee +1 Phys

How to craft +1 to physical instead of fire for maw build. Thare are plenty of phys bench crafts so you cant guarantee +1 that way ?
