I would hope that all the armchair firefighters that are so quick to make comments on something they know nothing about would watch this and learn something. The science and knowledge of today is far from the 60s when I was involved. There is a lot more to fighting a fire than just putting water on it. God bless everyone of you that are on the front lines every day. Be carful in these troubled times.
1980’s FireFighter Enters the chat… I entered the fire service at a great time. When I was a probie and for the first 5 years, we still were wearing the rubber boots and riding the back step of the Engines and Ladders. Then came full turnout gear with Nomex hoods. Then enclosed cabs (no more back steps). Then coordinated venting and positive pressure fans during fire attack… it seemed like every 6 months the science was more and more evolved. I thoroughly enjoy watching how the new generation is learning from everything we all did, with the added benefit of data scientists and engineers.
This was all very "Impressive" but in the real world of USA firefighting, all this intelligence, responsibility and professionalism doesn't exist. Not even close.
I am retired firefighter captain with the Texas City Fire Department (south of Houston) and would almost give anything to be involved with UL firefightingsafety studies!!!
And adam jad fak Emma Smith fak alexis fak Clar started fak alexis faked nrc people rabby be the first Sofia RIP nrc people NRCC avengers RIP ariana RIP babs Facebook and luins hacked campy now hacked campy now
This is an advertisement for coordinated fire attack research, which I'm very interested in. I clicked the link to "read the report", but it's a bad link. I'm looking for the meat and potato's. I searched the FSRI website to no avail. What gives?

Lt. McCormick + Chief "Ike" + UL = success for the fire service
I love this education, it gives vistims an insight of how these heros save so many lives.
Absolutely delighted about discovering this channel. Amazing research. 👏

Knowledge is power and safety.
why the hell isn't Detroit hosting some of these experiments? they have the props
Very diverse group invited to this study
Why are buildings allowed to be built so close together anymore, especially with wood foundations.
where can i find the results of these experiments please? the report link is dead
Looks like the link isn't working for the report. Can it be reposted? Thanks!

I too am extremely interested but my browser warned against using the link……in fact Safari refused to open it. Can anybody help?
Thank you any idea when the data will released and explained ??Thanks Kevin
Report link is in the description
Pretty awesome info, thank you.
thanks UL
Buildings are built so close together anymore. It's only natural, you're going to have problems with exposure.
