Forwards training with Marama Vahirua

What makes up the individualised sessions that play an ever greater role in youth football and football at the highest level? To provide some insight, this season OGCNICE.tv will delve into Academy life, to experience a day in the life of the young Aiglons. Players who, on Thursday mornings, join up with the coach for their specific position, regardless of their age, in order to be exposed to the position and learn their trade. The first step of our journey is a nod to what will be, what currently is and what once was. Former Gym legend, Marama Vahirua is blossoming in a coaching role which fits him like a glove, as Assistant Coach of the U17s and the Academy's forwards coach. Before a month of September which will see the youngsters face Nantes, Monaco and Lorient (three of his former clubs), we tuned into a bespoke session concocted by 'Tahïti Goal'.
